Thomas Bernd. Hackett, V.C., married, 1874. eldest daughter of Mrs. Marshall, Baronne Court, and died, 1880.

Barbavilla, Westmeath; born 1829. married 1858, Mary, daughter and co-heiress of Charles Barry Baldwin, B L, M P, of Boveen, and has with other issue Gawayne Baldwin, educated at Winchester, and Balliol College; born 1861, called to the Bar at the Inner Temple, 1886. Mr Hamilton was Vicar of Sidmouth, 1857-61, and of Combe St. Nicholas 1861-85, and is now Rector of Woodmansterne, Surrey.
Hobbs, Herbert T. De C. The family of the Hobbs, although settled in the King's County for the last couple of hundred years, was originally an English one of which many members filled important positions in Somersetshire between the fifteenth and seventeenth centuries. The property of Barnaboy near Frankford has long been in the family, and is said to have been handed over by Sir William Petty to a doctor of the name of Hobbs who accompanied him to Ireland in the seventeenth century. It is now in the possession of Herbert T. De C. Hobbs, a Captain in the Wiltshire (62nd) Regiment, son of the late Col Francis Hobbs, sometime Commanding the 6th Regt.

Hussey, Roscommon, sixth son of John Hussey Walsh, D L, of Roscommon and Kilduff, by Maria, daughter of Michael Henley, of La Mancha, Dublin, born 1827, succeeded his brother 1874; married, 1860, Ellen, daughter of Valentine O'Brien O'Connor, D L, Ballykisteen Tipperary, and has with other issue Valentine John, born 1862.
Joly, Jasper Robert L L D, T C D, B L, J.P. for King's and Kildare, of Hollywood, Rathangan, and Castle Jordan, Meath, eldest son of Ven. B H Joly, Archdeacon of Killala, by Martha, daughter of Robert Revell of Hartwell; born 1819; succeeded 1852; married, 1849, Maria A, daughter of John Armit, and by her, who died in 1885, has issue three daughters of whom the eldest, Martha E A married, 1874, Garrett Charles Tyrrell, J.P.
